Sausage Roll Noodles

 



Materials: 


- 3 pieces of beef sausage or chicken sausage, cut into 3 pieces 


- 1 pack of instant noodles 


- 1 egg - 1/4 teaspoon salt 


- 1/4 teaspoon flavor tappers 


- 1 garlic clove, puree 


- 2 shallots, puree - water to boil sufficiently



Supplementary material: 

- Chili sauce 



How to make: 


- Boil instant noodles in boiling water until soft, remove and drain 


-After that, mix the boiled noodles with spices that are mashed with salt and flavorings, mix well 


- Sausage slices that have been cut into 3 parts 


- Beat the prepared egg 


- Roll sausages with instant noodles that have been boiled to taste, do it until it's finished 


- Dip it in the beaten egg until the entire surface is covered with egg 


- Heat the oil then fry the sausage which has been rolled in noodles 


- Wait until it changes color or until cooked while turning back and forth, remove and drain 


- Serve it.
